Omaha based Select Dealer, BOLD Office Solutions, hosted the Great Plains IIDA Chapter for an evening of creative chaos. Director of Design, Ginger McCandless, enlisted artist and friend, Derek Courtney, who is known to use old blueprints in his medium, to teach his techniques to the group. The group then used those techniques to create their own interpretations. The result was everyone creating an “original” piece of art. BOLD did have one request: every designer had to create two pieces, one to take home and one for an art gallery wall within BOLD’s showroom FOREVER! This was a fun way for BOLD to add a great story to their showroom as well as an entertaining evening for the A&D world.
